Director of Sales and Operations Planning

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Director of Sales and Operations Planning to oversee our demand planning process, including forecasting, demand shaping, and inventory management. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and historical data to generate accurate demand forecasts and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop effective demand planning strategies.
This role offers a competitive salary of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
