Job Overview:

At Zones, we're seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales Operations to lead our sales operations team in EMEA. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving sales performance, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the forecast process, performance analysis, and metrics to drive forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to execute on annual planning, sales capacity planning, territory planning, and management.
  • Lead pipeline performance analysis to ensure quality and identify areas of concern and best practices.
  • Implement best practices and standardization of sales processes to ensure repeatability and scalability.
  • Maintain alignment of Sales team with overall company objectives and priorities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations.
  • Proven success in driving operational excellence and high motivation for continuous improvement.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute on those solutions.
