About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of benefit programs, including communication and documentation.
  • Implementation of new benefits and process changes, as well as driving operational excellence.
  • Renewal and enrollment management, ensuring seamless execution with system providers.
  • Compliance and governance of total rewards plans, identifying risks and delivering corrective actions.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
