Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engagement Manager to lead large-scale, complex projects that integrate multiple work streams. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the bridge between our cross-functional teams and customer executive teams.


About the Role:


The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining, planning, and managing complex project workstreams across multiple strategic opportunities. They will lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.


You will develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate project risks and demand plans to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will oversee the contract execution process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and aligned with project objectives.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Project Leadership and Strategy Implementation:

    Define, plan, and manage complex project workstreams across multiple strategic opportunities.

    Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

    Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate project risks and demand plans to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Executive Communication and Reporting:

    Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and materials to senior leaders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining continuous communication and transparency throughout project lifecycles.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement and Team Collaboration:

    Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and integrated into project plans.
  4. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

    Continuously evaluate project processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

    Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices into project management.
  5. Accountability and Success Metrics:

    Take full responsibility for the engagement's success, tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile.
  • 10+ years of experience developing customer-facing presentations.
  • Proven experience defining and managing KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses.
  • Track record of driving innovation at a strategic level within large organizations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  1. Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role in a technology-focused environment.
  2. 7+ years of leadership in technical product or program management, with the ability to guide strategic initiatives.
  3. 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, including building sustainable processes and coordinating complex schedules.
  4. 5+ years of experience developing customer-facing presentations.
