Job Title: Associate Landscape Architect

Responsibilities
  1. Design Leadership: Provide design development advice and conduct initial project assessments.
  2. Visual Impact Assessments: Produce landscape and townscape visual impact appraisals and assessments.
  3. Documentation: Prepare landscape strategies, framework documents, and rebuttals.
  4. Team Management: Collaborate with the UK team to manage regional workload efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. At least 6 years of experience working as a landscape planner.
  2. Academic qualification in landscape architecture, geography, or a related environmental discipline.
  3. Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute (or equivalent experience).
  4. Experience with landscape/townscape visual impact appraisals and assessments, including environmental statement chapters.
  5. Commercial awareness and business development experience.
  6. Experience working in multi-disciplinary master planning teams.
  7. Strong client and project management skills.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Able to mentor and motivate junior team members.
  10. Alignment with company values.
  11. Full UK driving license.
