Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our team in the Children and Families Department. The role will involve supporting the Contact Service during peak periods, working from 2pm until 6pm, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible and adaptable manner, with exceptional time-management skills. They will be required to undertake reception duties, handle confidential information, and possess good grammar and literacy skills.

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office packages is essential, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. The successful candidate will also have the ability to prioritize their workload, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
