Job Description

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel
  • Perform daily checks around the hotel
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
  • Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
  • Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Facilities Operations Manager, you will require:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical equipment and plumbing systems
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
