Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Johnsons 1871 Ltd. As Cleaning Team Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our client site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of up to 10 cleaning operatives and leading the cleaning provision.
- Conducting weekly audits to maintain quality standards and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Providing excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Maintaining equipment and cleaning areas, and reporting any issues or concerns to the Workplace Services Manager.
The successful candidate will have a positive company image, be able to work flexibly across shifts, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
