We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd.
Job PurposeThe primary objective of this role is to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across several site locations, ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is always completed and up to date.
You will be responsible for completing the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales, responding promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk, and prioritizing maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
Key Responsibilities- Complete PPM schedule within agreed timescales
- Respond to service call requests from the Helpdesk
- Prioritize maintenance and repair work
- Order spares in accordance with laid-down procedures
- Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery
- Ensure compliance documentation is always completed and up to date
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Commercial Gas fgas 18th edition certification
- Educated to GCSE / Standard Grade level as a minimum
- Ability to work efficiently on your own or part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Speed and efficiency of work
- Able to respond to service call requests within agreed response times
This is a permanent position offering a salary of £46,865.77 per annum, plus benefits including [insert benefits here].
