About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented French Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming correspondence and reconcile payments received from customers
  • Liaise directly with customers and local councils regarding queries on penalties
  • Provide support and information to our branch network
  • Manage timely invoice data entry and reduce PCN Payments outside of local authority timeframes
  • Reduce Rejected Representation and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Ability to build internal & external relationships
  • Strong customer service skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills (Verbal and written) and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated time management skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Fluent in French speaking/writing
