We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing Operations team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and after, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the customer experience team and across the business to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Contribute to process improvements and propose changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Problem-solve and remove blockers to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
  • Support the planning and growth of the customer experience team.
