About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our Voids and Responsive Repairs team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, and installation work in a domestic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation work in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct thorough fault finding and diagnostic work to identify and resolve electrical issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to homeowners and colleagues
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting regulatory requirements and company standards
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship in Electrical or equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
  • 18th Edition regulation
  • Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
  • Experience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
  • Full driving licence
  • DBS check required
