This position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of patient care and service delivery in the Elderly Care department at Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
As a Senior Clinical Fellow, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the team in managing patients across multiple areas, including Care of the Elderly wards, orthogeriatric pathways, and Frailty SDEC services.
- Engaging in regular meetings with multidisciplinary teams to discuss service improvements and implement changes that enhance patient care.
- Developing strong relationships with colleagues from various disciplines to foster collaboration and optimize service efficiency.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care through active participation in audit and governance activities.
- Maintaining a focus on staff development and education to promote professional growth and improvement within the team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, patients, and families.
