We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Physician to join our team at Athona, working on a 16-bedded mixed acute ward in the North West. This is a permanent full-time position with standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00, and no on-call responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day patient management, including risk assessments, multidisciplinary team liaison, outcome measurements, and physical health reviews. Prompt mental health evaluations, reports, and clinical summaries are also required.

  • Undertake thorough patient assessments and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
