About the Job:
Fife Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join its team. This permanent role will contribute to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of adults in Fife.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legislation and policies related to adults' care and support. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues alike.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for adults
- To assess and plan care and support for individuals, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accessible
