About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Adults Social Work Service in Kirkcaldy, part of Fife Health and Social Care Partnership. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality professional social work services underpinned by legislation.

The role offers extensive support and supervision to Newly Qualified Social Workers undertaking their supported year programme as well as opportunities for experienced staff to develop and progress their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working within a statutory Adults setting
  • Demonstrating knowledge and skills in assessments
  • Traveling throughout Fife
  • Registering with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)

Requirements:

You must be qualified with a BA (Hons)/MSc in Social Work prior to applying. A sound understanding of theory, policy, and legislation in relation to adults across the lifespan is essential.
