Practitioner for Complex Care Services

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Practitioner to join our team at Touchbase Fife. This is a permanent part-time position offering 30 hours per week.
The successful candidate must have a full UK manual driving licence, as this role involves driving duties.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Complex Care Services Practitioner, you will work closely with adults who require additional support needs, including complex needs and communication and sensory challenges. Our services cater to individuals with various requirements, such as learning disabilities, visual impairments, autism, epilepsy, physical disability, cerebral palsy, and ADHD.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualised packages of support tailored to each person's social and therapeutic needs
- Working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement person-centred plans
- Encouraging independence and participation in activities
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology)
- Experience working with adults with additional support needs
- Ability to drive and possess a valid UK manual driving licence
