Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Touchbase Fife. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting adults with additional support needs and have a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred care.

This part-time position offers 30 hours per week and requires the successful candidate to possess a full UK manual driving licence.

About the Role

As a Support Practitioner, you will work closely with our team to provide individualised support packages tailored to each person's unique needs. Our services cater to individuals with various requirements, including learning disabilities, visual impairments, autism, epilepsy, physical disability, cerebral palsy, and ADHD.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing person-centred plans
  • Providing emotional and practical support
  • Encouraging independence and participation in activities

Our team works collaboratively to ensure that every individual receives high-quality support and reaches their full potential.

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology)
  • Experience working with adults with additional support needs
  • Ability to drive and possess a valid UK manual driving licence
