Adult Healthcare Support Worker

This full-time role at Go To Outsourcing is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a healthcare assistant, you will be working with residents in a residential care setting, providing them with emotional support and assistance with daily activities.
We are looking for someone who has experience in similar environments and is able to work flexibly, including day shifts and occasional night shifts. In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 - £16.00 per hour.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their personal care needs, assisting with mealtimes, and helping them participate in activities. You will also be required to provide emotional support and build strong relationships with the residents.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have essential experience in a similar environment, be vaccinated, hold a DBS (Enhanced) certificate, and have completed moving and handling training. A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
