Year 4 Teacher with Additional Responsibilities Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Year 4 Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire young learners. In addition to classroom teaching, this role includes responsibilities, either a Subject Lead or SENCO, depending on your experience and strengths.
### Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Year 4.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners.
* Lead a specific subject area, driving curriculum development and innovation.
* Support children with Special Educational Needs, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, resilience, and responsibility.
* Engage with parents and the wider community to support student progress and wellbeing.
### Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in primary education.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Experience in a leadership role (as a Subject Lead or SENCO) is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for supporting all students.
