Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our Travel Merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Merchandising Director and Travel merchandising team in the planning and coordination of cross-category merchandising activity and cross-functional activity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily store replenishment review process, reporting and updating across all categories, including Food.
  • Calculate and allocate Top 100 Key lines on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the store replenishment tool.
  • Prepare stock forward planning reports for the Airport Consolidation Centres.
  • Generate and be the main point of contact for Weekly Throughput and Logistics Reporting.
  • Provide retail delivery availability reporting on a Weekly and Ad Hoc basis.
  • Create Retail Delivery stock allocation reports for the Merchandising teams.
  • Attend Weekly Retail Delivery Meetings, reporting back on progress and key updates to the wider Merch Planning team.
  • Generate daily reporting for the Food Merchandising Team.
  • Calculate and generate Food & Fruit ordering for Warehouse delivery.
  • Lead the creation of Monthly stock Provision reporting for all Categories.
  • Support the stock budgeting process by creating the stock budget templates.
  • Ad Hoc creation of centralized Merchandising Reporting.
  • Be the main point of contact for store/internal queries and assist with resolving these in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills, time management, and prioritization.
  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Great team player.
  • Intermediate Excel experience and degree-educated – desirable.
