At WYSE London, we are seeking a highly organised and analytical individual to join our Merchandising team as a Merchandise Stock Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation and movement of stock within the business, maximising sales and stock levels for stores and web.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external logistics and shipments to ensure timely delivery of stock
  • Conduct regular analysis to support allocation decisions and stock level management
  • Organise stock transfers and movements to optimise stock levels
  • Update and maintain system information to support weekly product launches
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Merchandising team
  • Identify and highlight risks and opportunities through regular store visits
  • Develop strong relationships with the warehouse and store teams

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in computer systems, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Highly organised and analytical with a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good commercial and market awareness
  • Previous experience in retail or fashion industry preferred but not essential
