**Job Title:** Senior Merchandise Coordinator

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

**Job Description:**

**Overview of the Role:** As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing merchandising strategies across various product categories. Your expertise in planning, trading, and controlling stock will ensure that we meet our sales, margin, markdown, cover, and terminal stock budgets.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute seasonal plans for forward order buys, stock, markdown, margin, cover, and OTB, using historical data and forecasting skills to inform your decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create balanced and commercial ranges that align with financial parameters and customer needs.
• Set and manage seasonal range plans, propose intake volumes, and phasing to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

• Prior experience as a Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser with responsibility for planning and trading own department.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to make informed, profit-driven decisions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex retail data and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
