We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Tutor/Coach to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd. As a Refrigeration Tutor/Coach, you will deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump, and Air Conditioning to apprentices in a group/classroom setting. Your role will involve conducting learning audits and evaluations, assisting learners in preparing for F-Gas Assessment and EPA, and coaching, supporting, and motivating learners throughout their training program.

Requirements
  • Hold one of the following teaching or coaching qualifications:
    • A recognized Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET)
    • An Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA)
    • A relevant Coaching qualification
  • Hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualification
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 2 Vocational Qualification in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)
  • Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump, or air conditioning
  • Experience of delivering training to adults
  • Good level of I.T skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
