Marketing Director - Shopper Marketing Expert

**About the Role**

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing Director to join our growing marketing team and help drive brand visibility and customer loyalty. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape innovative strategies, work closely with major retail partners, and bring your visionary ideas to life.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop an insight-driven shopper marketing strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
* Create persuasive selling decks using insights and data to pitch to key retail partners.
* Design and implement activation programs that resonate with both brand strategy and retailer goals.
* Lead the execution of both in-store and online marketing activations, with a strong focus on NPD (New Product Development).
* Manage the shopper marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation, management, and tracking of spend.
* Oversee UK and international shopper marketing plans, ensuring seamless execution.
* Take full ownership of POS (point of sale) materials and marketing collateral.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in shopper marketing, ideally within blue-chip FMCG or a high-growth SME.
* Deep understanding of the full shopper marketing mix, from strategy to execution.
* Experience with shopper marketing agencies and data providers such as Dunnhumby, Citrus, or Beats.
* Strong commercial focus with a passion for driving sales and ROI.
