Stryker UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the East Midlands region. As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative medical products to healthcare professionals and surgeons.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and identify existing revenue streams to drive continuous growth.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on the use of our medical products to healthcare professionals and surgeons.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and use of our medical products.
- Record customer interactions and maintain a business plan to track progress and set goals.
- Prioritize and allocate resources to effectively grow your territory and achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote and showcase our products.
Requirements
- Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in emergency/operating room environments, although prior experience is not necessary.
- Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
- Comfortable using sales CRM systems.
- Experience in capital sales is preferred.
