Job Summary

The Peninsula London is seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury Residences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and are correctly recorded.
  • Manage and assist Building services engineers and Planned Preventative maintenance engineers to ensure the proper operation of the physical plant and all engineering facilities of the entire property.
  • Closely monitor and control all operating parameters of the Residences services system to ensure high efficiency of utilization and report any deviations to the Director of Engineering.
  • Inspect the Residences public areas daily and report any out-of-order equipment that will affect The Residences operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role within a similar environment.
  • Trade certified Civil/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong experience in engineering operations and a good understanding of building services and relevant rules & regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, good problem-solving skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent English communication proficiency.
