About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Lead to manage the delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll services at ITV. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, supported by 3rd party resources, to ensure that the Oracle Fusion HCM and other associated HR and payroll services meet the business requirements and integrate into the wider ITV landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day service delivery of the Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including on-premise and cloud HR application services.
  • Develop and manage a team that is fully versed in the SaaS and legacy systems deployed at ITV, operating under a process-driven support and development operating model.
  • Ensure IT standards and IT General Controls are observed, and any exceptions or risks are recorded and monitored as part of ongoing audit cycle requirements.
  • Provide strong people leadership to the team, modelling ITV values and behaviours, and ensuring the team has opportunities to grow and develop.
  • Work in partnership with business Global Process Owners and the technology team to ensure user experience is at the heart of the service delivery.
  • Provide technical architecture and design leadership to the team, ensuring alignment with overall Group Tech and ITV design principles and design assurance governance.
  • Triage and prioritise incoming support tickets, ensuring they are assigned to the correct resolver group, and provide deep understanding of how the Oracle Fusion HCM application configuration and integrations support ITV's HR and Payroll processes.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes/documentation required to manage the service, monitor performance and risk, and react quickly to rectify issues.
  • Manage supplier relationships, working closely with ITV procurement and SIAM teams, monitoring performance against defined Key Performance Indicators and SLAs, and actioning contract renewals.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience supporting hybrid application landscapes with complex system integrations.
  • Deep understanding of core IT service management, HR and payroll processes, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage a team focused on process, CSI, innovation, and user-focused delivery of first-class support.
  • Prior Finops experience, managing subscriptions and associated budgets, supplier contracts.
  • Adept at resolving issues in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive in researching, discussing, and implementing creative solutions to complex problems.
Desirable Qualifications
  • ITIL certification.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Certification.
