Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Technician at the DMV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling various customer transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate policies, procedures, and regulations to customers
  • Issue IDs and process applications
  • Administer vision, driver, and in-car road tests
  • Process vehicle registrations and titling, tax collection, and other DMV-related services
Requirements
  • Customer service experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using a personal computer or other automated systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a team or group environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to complete assignments on time
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays
  • Ability to lift 10-25 pounds
