Job Title: Account Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cutting Tool Business Developer to join our team at ASC Connections Ltd. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to develop new business across various sectors in the manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling innovative metal cutting tools to both end users and distributors, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and develop new leads, as well as follow up on leads generated from internal teams
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Document cost-saving activities and update CRM systems daily

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a cutting tool sales engineer or applications engineer
  • A proven background in B2B sales of technical products, ideally with cutting tools
  • Confident negotiation skills and ability to present to stakeholders at businesses
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

We offer a competitive salary package, including a negotiable base salary and a target-based bonus of 20% of base salary. Other benefits include a company car, 33 days holiday, private pension, healthcare cover, life assurance, brand new phone and laptop.
