Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Leader to join our team at Nationwide Specialist Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion within assigned regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance
- Managing budgets and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in driving business growth and revenue expansion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
