- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Postgraduate diploma or masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
- Specialist clinical pharmacy knowledge and experience in cardiology and critical care
- Extensive hospital clinical pharmacy practice experience
