About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, including medication management, patient counseling, and education. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services, working closely with our medical and nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication management and patient counseling

  • Contribute to the development of clinical pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Postgraduate diploma or masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
  • Specialist clinical pharmacy knowledge and experience in cardiology and critical care
  • Extensive hospital clinical pharmacy practice experience
