About the Role

The International Partnerships Administrator will play a key role in supporting the implementation of UCL Faculty of Engineering's strategic international partnership activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of international partnerships and the implementation of both the faculty and UCL's international strategy.
  • Maintaining operational oversight of International Research Partnership activities, including projects, events, internal/external funding, and partnership management.
  • Providing cross-faculty administrative support of international partnerships within UCL Engineering and its flagship academic programmes.
  • Scouting long-term strategic partnership opportunities in line with faculty strategy and coordinating and aligning multiple institutions within and outside UCL Engineering and UCL to deliver a tailored value proposition.

The role holder will act as the first point of contact within UCL Engineering for current and potential partners, UCL Global Engagement Office (GEO), and with funding bodies and external partners.

The successful candidate will work closely with faculty student recruitment and marketing staff, the Faculty Graduate Tutor (Research Students), and the Vice Dean (Research).

About You

The successful candidate should be able to:

  • Lead and manage a range of projects to support the development and maintenance of international partnerships and the implementation of both the faculty and UCL's international strategy.
  • Draft and write strategic and operational documentation.
  • Maintain operational oversight of International Research Partnership activities.
  • Provide cross-faculty administrative support of international partnerships within UCL Engineering and its flagship academic programmes.
  • Scout long-term strategic partnership opportunities in line with faculty strategy.

The role requires a strong understanding of international partnerships and a ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
