At Inspired Education Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Partnerships Administrator to join our team. This role will be focused on the administration, customer service, and sales support of our international B2B sales activity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all student enrolments, removals, and replacements, as well as working closely with partners and agencies throughout the sales process. They will also be responsible for updating our CRM system to inform sales reporting and forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to work well in teams and individually. They will also have experience of previous administration roles and knowledge of the education sector.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting KIH client/students
- Working closely with our clients and building strong relationships
- Recording inbound sales enquiries within CRM and distributing to appropriate team members
- Monitoring inbound sales enquiries within CRM and identifying B2C leads to channel to the B2C team
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure client requirements are captured and implemented
- Supporting student renewals processes within the system
- Managing and implementing timetable changes and similar customer service enquiries to successful conclusion
- Managing student enrolment processes within ISAMs
- Supporting account/partnership management activity and associated reporting
