About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Compassionate Communication Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with mental health difficulties and communication needs to access high-quality rehabilitation.
">Key Responsibilities

- Assess and manage a caseload of patients with SLCN under the supervision of a clinical lead SLT.">
- Ensure that communication goals are embedded within the MDT and support the MDT to implement communication support strategies.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will have a strong interest in working within the Forensic setting and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care and improve communication outcomes.
">Salary and Benefits
