Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets warmly, establishing trust and rapport.
- Providing expert guidance on practice services and additional offerings.
- Managing payments and bookings efficiently, using our online system.
- Coordinating daily routines, adapting to changing situations, and maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.
About the Benefits:
- A salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
