Exciting Opportunity - Client Care Advisor
We are a team of 50+ colleagues working across three busy Veterinary Practices in Ayrshire, providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets. As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients and their pets, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
- Greet clients, offer support, and manage payments and future bookings efficiently.
- Coordinate the smooth running of daily routines using our online booking system, requiring strong computer literacy.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment, adapting to any situation quickly and providing a calm and attentive demeanor.
- Deal with a range of situations, from comforting clients with bad news to sharing in the joy of a new puppy's visit.
- Contribute to a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice, working well with colleagues and creating a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license, as you will be working across our three practices in Ayr, Irvine, and Kilmarnock.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and a love for pets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work well in a team, adapting to different situations and environments.
