Veterinary Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Support Specialist to join our team at Vets for Pets. This is a part-time position, working 18-30 hours per week with one in four Saturdays. We offer flexibility for the right candidate.
This role involves providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the clinical team. Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team is crucial to success.
Key responsibilities include greeting clients, offering support, guidance, and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of day-to-day routines using our online booking system is essential.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets, able to provide guidance on practice services and additional services available. They will be calm, attentive, and focused on client needs, bringing enthusiasm and drive to the role.
This role requires someone who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, coping with varying demands and expectations. If you enjoy helping people and their pets, and strive to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
