Land Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Buyer to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring high-quality sites for our developments.
As a Land Buyer, you will be responsible for investigating opportunities, identifying sites, and negotiating deals. You will work closely with our in-house team of experts, including Architects, Planners, Technical, Legal, Commercial, and Construction teams, to create offers efficiently and effectively.
Our Land Buyers are trusted, respected, and supported in their careers with us. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and proactive individual with a genuine passion for land acquisition and development. You will have previous land buying experience within the property sector, but this does not need to be within residential. We also have colleagues who joined us directly from property and land agencies.
