About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Connells Group. As a key member of our property acquisition team, you will be responsible for forging and developing relationships with land owners, developers, and company branches in the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • To identify and acquire development opportunities for land owners in both the private and public sector.
  • To secure new homes sales instructions from the developer industry at advantageous and profitable terms.
  • To work closely with our sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of acquired land into sales.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in the acquisition and disposal of development land.
  • Land and development appraisal and valuation expertise.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • High level of presentation experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel is essential.
