About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Buyer to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable sites for our developments, working closely with our in-house team of experts, including Architects, Planners, Technical, Legal, Commercial and Construction teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and identify sites directly through targeted marketing
  • Carry out site appraisals, create reports and proposals, and manage the offer and negotiation process
  • Work with your Land Director and wider team to help formulate the land acquisition strategy for the region
Requirements
  • Previous Land Buying experience within the property sector, with a genuine passion for land acquisition and development
  • Confident and competent driver with a valid UK drivers' licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire and support from the Executive Directors to secure good quality sites for our developments
