Land Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Buyer to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will play a critical role in the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and identify sites directly through targeted marketing
- Carry out site appraisals, create reports and proposals, and manage the offer and negotiation process
- Work with the Land Director and wider team to formulate the land acquisition strategy for the region
About You
We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and proactive individual with a genuine passion for land acquisition and development. You will have previous Land Buying experience within the property sector, but this does not need to be within residential. You will be confident and competent in driving, with a valid UK driver's licence, as you will be spending a large proportion of your time out of the office.
