We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Meadow House in Swaffham. As a key member of our hospitality function, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team to prepare and cook meals, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Liaise with residents to create menus that cater to their preferences and dietary needs.
- Develop and implement effective menu planning, stock control, and food ordering systems to minimize waste.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen practices and food hygiene.
