Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Meadow House in Swaffham. As a key member of our hospitality function, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to our residents on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of chefs to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service
- Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents
- Liaise with residents to gather feedback and suggestions for menu planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to plan and implement menus that meet the needs of a diverse group of residents
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications in food production preferred
