Key Responsibilities- Lead the hospitality function and manage a team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for our residents.
- Prepare and cook meals, liaise with residents to create menus that cater to their preferences and dietary needs.
- Manage menu planning, stock control, and food ordering to minimize waste and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen practices and food hygiene.
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong background in menu planning, stock control, and food ordering.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with residents, staff, and suppliers.
- City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications in food production or a related field are preferred.
