We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our hospitality function at Meadow House in Swaffham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team to prepare and cook meals
- Liaise with residents to create a menu that meets their needs and preferences
- Ensure effective stock control and food ordering
- Maintain high standards of kitchen practices and food hygiene
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional kitchen, good organisational skills, and the ability to plan and deliver menus that meet the needs of our residents.
