We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Meadow House in Swaffham. As a key member of our hospitality function, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to our residents on a daily basis.

• Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Liaise with residents to create a menu that delivers family favorite dishes and regular theme nights
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and kitchen practices
• Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Monitor and control kitchen expenses, including food costs and inventory management

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong track record of menu planning, stock control, and food ordering
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards and kitchen practices
• City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications in food production, or equivalent experience
