About the Role
Turner Wise Recruitment is looking for a skilled Lettings Administrator to work in the City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing lettings applications, maintaining databases, and providing excellent customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless lettings processes, efficient data management, and outstanding client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing lettings applications, from initial registration to deal progression.
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  5. Performing general administrative tasks, such as document preparation, photocopying, and filing.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in lettings administration or a related field.
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Salary: £24,000 - £31,000 per annum.
