Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project and Resource Planner to join our team at Mane Contract Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing long-, mid-, and short-term integrated site plans and schedules for all onshore and offshore activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Site Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and manage long-term integrated site plans for all onshore and offshore works, ensuring efficient execution of operations and maintenance activities.
- Translate long-term plans into daily schedules, including generating daily transfer and personnel lists.
- Identify planning risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to site management on potential program slippages or capacity to accommodate additional work.
- Resource Management:
- Perform demand forecasting across the year for vessels, resources, spares, tools, and contractors, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Develop resource models and plans to maximize yield and productivity, collaborating with management to develop associated work patterns and plans.
- Logistics Planning:
- Plan logistic solutions to maximize operational time at wind turbine generators (WTG) and minimize travel times and distances.
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Management:
- Manage and update the CMMS (SAP) with accurate records of equipment and resource usage, raising, managing, and closing job requests in the CMMS to maintain an accurate overview of operational activities.
- Progress Tracking and Reporting:
- Track the progress of all operations and maintenance activities, including retrofits, inspection campaigns, service progress, and jack-up campaigns, keeping site management informed on the status of all ongoing and completed works.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project or Resource Planner in a similar environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong knowledge and experience with planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project.
- Experience with SAP and CMMS software for maintenance management.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
