Project Planner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Planner to join our team at Mane Contract Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing long-term integrated site plans and schedules for all onshore and offshore activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Site Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and manage long-term integrated site plans for all onshore and offshore works.
- Translate long-term plans into daily schedules, including generating daily transfer and personnel lists.
- Identify planning risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to site management on potential program slippages or capacity to accommodate additional work.
- Resource Management:
- Perform demand forecasting across the year for vessels, resources, spares, tools, and contractors.
- Develop resource models and plans to maximize yield and productivity.
- Propose innovative solutions to balance available resources against operational requirements.
- Collaborate with management to develop associated work patterns and plans.
- Logistics Planning:
- Plan logistic solutions to maximize operational time at wind turbine generators (WTG) and minimize travel times and distances.
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Management:
- Manage and update the CMMS (SAP) with accurate records of equipment and resource usage.
- Raise, manage, and close job requests in the CMMS to maintain an accurate overview of operational activities.
- Progress Tracking and Reporting:
- Track the progress of all operations and maintenance activities, including retrofits, inspection campaigns, service progress, and jack-up campaigns.
- Keep site management informed on the status of all ongoing and completed works.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project or Resource Planner in a similar environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong knowledge and experience with planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project.
- Experience with SAP and CMMS software for maintenance management.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
